Stett Matthew Jacoby approaches each client’s unique circumstance with thoughtfulness and respect. With his client’s direction, he endeavors to craft solutions that minimize the anxiety that often accompanies elder and disability law.
A graduate of Stanford University, Stett earned the Senior Award for Academic Excellence from El Centro Chicano de Stanford. In 2003, he graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law and gained membership in the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, the City and County of San Francisco awarded Stett a Certificate of Honor for his work in AmeriCorps.
Stett is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.
As much as he enjoys helping folks, from time to time you might find Stett fishing and frolicking on the Pedernales with his wife and daughters.
