Let’s learn about Michelle Higbee!
Meet our newest paralegal: Michelle Higbee. Coming to us from southern Oregon by way of Arizona, Michelle has had the unique opportunity of being a paralegal in all three states.
Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience in different practice areas ranging from family law to bankruptcy, though Elder Law is her favorite. Her varied background as a former business owner, an office manager, and as a diversified paralegal enriches our practice.
Michelle is an avid reader who loves to sew and crochet. However, her greatest joy comes from spending time with her 11 grandchildren. Michelle’s other passions include family history and community service.
Meet our summer intern, Harrison Bertsch!
Harrison is currently attending Texas State University where he is earning his Bachelor’s in Finance with a Minor in Economics. He is an officer with Texas State’s chapter of Net Impact, a global organization that focuses on making a positive and sustainable impact on the world. In his free time, Harrison enjoys an active lifestyle by going on hikes, running with the Texas State Run Club, and other practices that promote wellbeing.
Utilizing his knowledge of fundamentals, Harrison brings a unique perspective to the office to assist in everything from generating financial reports and managing client data, to receiving phone calls from clients and assisting in our transition to our new office space. No matter the task at hand, he is intent on promoting positivity and productivity in the workplace.
